Welwyn Garden City Celebration
We’ve organised a new festival to celebrate Welwyn Garden City, join us in the Howard Centre from 11am to 5.30pm (live music continues until 6.30pm).
You are invited to join in the celebrations of WGC and showcase the talents, skills, interests and products produced within the town and surrounding areas. We’ll maximise the space the Howard Centre has to offer, to bring you the a taster of the family experiences, competitions and music on our doorstep. Find events and happenings across the spaces, right across the Centre, it’ll include:
- Vibrant live music and performances from local acts
- Talented Live Artists in Residence
- Creative young artists competition
- Pop up heritage exhibition, WGC Through Time
- St John Ambulance and Herts Police demonstrations
- Live mural creation
